I am Isis, a Pregnancy and Birth Doula and Calm Birth Instructor serving the Baltimore, MD local area. I am a protector, motivator, and advocate for safe, empowered, and informed birth. Birth is one of the most beautiful and natural events to happen in our lives. The sacredness of this transition must be reinstated, one birth at a time.

I trained as a Doula at The Birthwell, Baltimore, MD, and have 5 years of experience in supporting diverse families. As a wife and mother of two, my personal birth journeys inspire my commitment to providing love, support, encouragement, and consent throughout your unique pregnancy and parenting transitions, whether it's your first or seventh child.

Up to 4 Prenatal visits

Virtual Support at 2 appointments

Sacred Pregnancy Rituals

Unlimited access via text throughout the entire pregnancy

Continuous support during the birth process

1 Postpartum Visit

I believe birth is powerful, sacred, and deeply spiritual. These beliefs are not just ideas I hold. They are the foundation of how I show up for you. Our time together is intentional and nurturing, rooted in trust, presence, and honoring your body’s wisdom.

Together, we may explore practices such as pregnancy meditation, reflective journaling, breathwork, music, and comfort measures that support both your body and your spirit. I encourage you to listen inward, to trust yourself, and to find and use your voice in whatever ways feel right for you.

When you work with me, you can expect steady, compassionate support. I am someone who holds space without judgment, listens deeply, and walks beside you with care and encouragement. You are not rushed here. You are not minimized. You are supported, affirmed, and reminded of your strength every step of the way.
